Therefore, the ideal tenant would not walk around the shared areas in inappropriate attire (for example wearing underwear only).

The flat is located in a quiet residential area. There are great transport connections by buses, e. g., bus 68 is 3 minutes away from the flat and will take you to Waterloo Station in only 15 minutes. It is 17 min. walk to Denmark Hill Overground and Train Station. There is also an Oval Station 19 min walk from the property.
