We have a large and spacious bedroom available 5.4m x 3.1m. This is the largest bedroom in the property and comes furnished with a bed, mattress and built in wardrobe. The previous flat mate was able to comfortably fit a double bed, sofa, dressing table, chest of drawers and clothing rail in the room. A blackout blind will be fitted next week for the room. The furniture (bedside tables & dressing table) can be kept or removed.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room area with one bathroom. The living room has a tv and coffee table, and the kitchen has all standard appliances as well as a kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer. The flat is next to two bus stops that are served by the 57 and 265. Furthermore the flat is a 15 minute walk from Raynes Park Station and has a private car park and two bicycle sheds. The property sits in a block of flats that are along the busy A3 road. This property is in council tax band D under Kingston upon Thames. Bills including council tax is usually around £150 a month per person.

We are two young women working in the property industry. In between work we spend most evenings in the living room socialising and watching tv and films. We are looking for a friendly, social and tidy person to share our flat with.
