We have a lovely, light room facing the green garden of our building available just off Newington Green in Canonbury.

Great location, 5 min walk to Canonbury Station, 7 min bike ride to Highbury and Islington Station and 5 minutes to Dalston Station. 7 min to Stoke Newington and 10 min to Shoreditch. We are two girls in our mid 20ies living here at the moment, Johanna from Sweden who is currently graduating in design and working on the side and Simone from Austria who is a freelance designer and art director and also studying. We love coffee, magazines, plants, yoga and are health conscious. We like to keep our shared spaces clean and tidy and have a cleaning schedule to maintain that easily. We are not a big party house however we like a dinner together, go out to gigs and events/talks and also hang out or work together in our lovely living room, that is to say more relaxed and “safe” space to come home to than parties and gatherings. The flat has beautiful wooden floors, a well-equipped kitchen as well as a separate living room and toilet. Upstairs we have our three bedrooms and a bathroom with window and a bath tub. Both sides of the house face the green areas around the house and are very light, so we have evening and morning light.

We have a lovely double bedroom available by the end of June (30th) with lots of natural light, comes furnished with a wardrobe and a bed. The room is 640,- GBP per month excluding bills, which are 36,- GBP / month for WIFI and gas and 12,- for water. Possibility to join our contract which is two months notice time yet no other commitment or minimum period.
