It is fully furnished, but can accommodate if you have any large items of furniture you want to bring in.

3 bathrooms in total: a large shared bathroom with a separate bath tub, a smaller toilet as well as your own ensuite with shower.

Room itself is south west facing (getting lovely natural light) and has one built in storage unit and a full height closet.

Everything is super close and easy walking distance:
-West Kensington Station 450m, Kensington Olympia overground/tube 700m bus stops 500m

-A short walk to Kensington high street and Holland Park, the gardens are absolutely lovely all year round.

You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals. A guy and a girl, both are very sociable and friendly: one is a general manager of a craft beer pub, and a female who’s in PR for a charity. During lockdown times, there is enough rooms for us to work-from-home and after, we might cook or have a drink together in the kitchen – the household consumption of baked goods have definitely increased since lockdown…..

During normal times, everyone’s usually out and about and our schedules are quite different so it was rare for us all to be home at the same time. Given everyone’s busy lifestyles, home is a place for everyone to chill and relax, and have some down time.

The room is £1157.33 per month excluding bills. Currently we put £100 per person in a communal kitty which covers all bills, internet, a weekly cleaner and household items, then divide any excess at the end of the year.

It is available from 11th July, but it can be flexible and happy to discuss.
