The ideal flatmate would enjoy flat meals, the odd night out and would like to live in a clean & tidy flat, that's home not just a flatshare. (They really want to live with people who don't spend all of their time in their rooms hardly speaking!) No carpets - laminate flooring so easy to clean free of dust. Government 'Right to rent' check, credit check & income reference required. Housing Benefits accepted. There is a 6 months minimum tenancy period, so short term lets will not be considered.

Room 1 is small at 2.44 by 2.86 and Room 2 is large at 2.43m by 3.95m. The house features fast broadband, one bathroom, a WC and a kitchen with a fridge freezer. Each bedroom has a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe.

The other flatmates are are 1 girl and 3 guys in their mid-twenties and thirties. The number of occupants is limited to a total of 5.

It's 5 mins walk to Bromley-by-Bow tube station, which is on the District line, and 7 mins walk to DLR station, so just 20 mins to central London and 17 minutes to Canary Wharf.

Also, it's close to the N205, N108, N8 & 25 night bus routes.

If you cycle, it is in a great place - just close enough to everything, but far enough away for a good ride to keep your fitness levels up. Plus there's a Santander Cycles (Boris bike) docking station 2 minutes walk from the flat on Devons Rd, where you can rent a bike.

• A large Tesco supermarket 7 minutes walk away.
• Sainsbury's convenience store beside Bromley-by-Bow tube station.
• Westfield Stratford shopping centre and the Olympic Park are 15 mins away.
• Five minutes drive to the A12 ring road so well connected by road
• The beautiful Victoria Park and the Olympic Park are 10 minutes away.
• The Morgan Arms is a great Pub for food!

Please note it's a 4th floor flat with no direct access to outside space so it's not suitable for cats or dogs, but other pets are considered.
