Two bedrooms available in a four-bedroom apartment.

Offer available for one person only as the contract allows only three tenants.

10-13min walk from the Wood Green Station, and 5min walk to Lordship Lane where you can get busses (243, W3, 144).

Two rooms for the price of one as the rooms of the other tenants are bigger. This way everyone ends up with more or less equal space. You can use one of them as your bedroom, and the other one could be your office, a walk-in wardrobe or anything you like. One room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, small desk and a chair), the other one only has a wardrobe and a mattress, but the matters can be removed.
 
The house has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with a bath and toilet + a separate WC. There's no balcony or garden but the outside is fairly quiet and there are small parks around. Only 20min walk to Alexandra Palace if you're looking for something bigger. The Wood Green Mall is 15min away, with some more shops around like H&M or Primark. Food-wise, you'll find McDonald's, KFC, Pret a Manger, Taco Bell and more. There's an off-license across the street and Tesco just 5min away. If you can't find what you need in there, Sainsbury's and Morrisons are just 15min walk from the house.

The council tax is £67 per person (pcm)
The gas and electricity are topped up in a shop that's in front of the house. It looks like around £35 per person for both of them together (pcm)
The water bill for the first half a year (30th of September, 2021 till the 31st of March, 2022) was £91.30 per person.
