We are looking for someone to rent our much-loved house in Wapping.

It is a 3.5 bedroom house located in a quiet cul-de-sac within a stone’s throw of Tower Bridge, close to the Wapping canals. The property has a private parking space at the front and a south facing private garden with raised sun deck. There is also communal guest parking available.

The ground floor (which is raised above the garage, which is partly available for some storage) comprises kitchen/dining and living room, with sliding doors on to the deck. The first floor has 2 good sized bedrooms - one has latterly been used as a guest room, the other a study. This floor also has a modern bathroom and toilet. The top floor comprises the master bedroom, a dressing room and a modern ensuite shower room.

The area offers many green spaces and popular canal and river walks. Wapping Lane nearby has a variety of shops and restaurants, and London Dock, just moments away, hosts many events throughout the year. Further West, St. Katherine’s Docks (5 mins walk) and Tower Bridge (8 mins walk) offer lovely options for local entertainment. There is also an excellent Waitrose a 2 minute walk from the house.

The property is located within a short walk of Wapping (Overground), Tower Bridge (Tube) and Shadwell (Overground and DLR) stations. There is a bus stop with services to the City and Central London within a 3 minute walk, and the property is within a walkable distance to the City.

For the right person, this is a really wonderful place to live. It would likely suit someone (or a couple) looking to feel at home in the the city, with space to entertain and have family and friends to stay.
