This would suit a group of sharing friends who are looking for a stop-gap in these odd times before finding somewhere more permanent, or a family who is moving to the area. We are moving to the coast for 2 or 3 months (until things are back to normal) to work on a renovation project. We are normal, fair, honest professionals who are willing to be flexible for the right people. We will arrange a parking permit.
Please note - we have said "or two" in the title because we are also open to renting house out as two bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is currently a dressing room / study but will be cleared out if a group of three would like to rent. It would be seen as a small double. If a 2 bedroom is required, we will pack our junk into the 3rd and lock it. Our junk will still be removed if rented as a 3 bed.
