Hi everyone, we're looking for people to share our split-level, 4-storey house in peaceful, well-connected Kennington.
The 4-storeys are split by 2 doors and a staircase, so essentially one couple could have free run of the 1st floor, and another couple would have their own privacy on the upper levels with their own bathroom etc.
The house is laid out as follows:
- Ground Floor: kitchen, living room, out to garden.
- 1st Floor: double room x 2, bathroom x 2.
DIVIDER DOORS
- 2nd floor: large double room with ensuite.
- 3rd floor: small "nook" room that would either be an office or a snug/living space.
You'd be sharing the kitchen and living room.

Kennington is a brilliant, underestimated part of London. It's ridiculously close to everything, but far more quiet (particularly at night) than other, more fashionable parts.
Many of the appliances in kitchen, all 3 of the bathrooms (incl. tiling, showers, toilets), most of the windows and the front door are fairly recently installed.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
• Just 2 mins walk from Kennington Tube, which is one stop south of Waterloo on the Northern Line and connects to both Charing Cross & Bank lines. Journey time to Leicester Square is 8 minutes direct. Loads of buses going into town. So whether you work in The City, or the West End, the commute is just as easy.
• House is a 3 bed property spread over 4 floors so there is none of that claustrophobic feel you get from many London properties and it's spacious (90+ SQ M in total).
