- For those needing to work remotely, we provide 2 standing desks with monitors, ensuring a productive environment.

- Efficient radiators keep the house pleasant during winter, while wooden flooring and underfloor heating provide comfort throughout the year.

- Enjoy fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries in the well-appointed bathroom with a shower.

- The house is professionally cleaned and prepared to hotel standards before your arrival, ensuring a pristine space.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking is prohibited in the property, the penalty fee is £500.
