Up for rent is my wonderful home in Peckham. I am looking for a long term tenant to take it on, care for the home and the MASSIVE garden. It's up the road from Bellenden Road and a short walk to East Dulwich and Camberwell. It's insanely light, bright and sunny, and a little oasis of quiet. it's really rare to be surrounded by green, but because there isn't a road it backs onto, you can hear the birds, the trees and it sounds like you are in the countryside.
Fantastic location very near to both Camberwell and Peckham Rye in London Zone 2. A lovely bright 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen and huge garden. The space is an airy three-bedroom split-level apartment, with a beautiful kitchen for dining and relaxing, and terrace for Al fresco eating. The apartment has a smart TV, state of the art sound system, in addition to super fast WiFi.
We are very close with our lovely neighbours downstairs who have two young children. It's a wonderful community and everyone is super friendly.
I'm looking for someone who will make this their own home. The flat is currently offered furnished, but I might choose to remove some furniture over the coming months. I am open to discussing furnishing options.
The tenancy will be for 12 months, with requests for shorter lets being considered on a case-by-case basis.
I will need to see proof of income and landlord references, and I'd like to meet anyone who is going to move in.
With the rent, we will also cover a gardener to tend to the garden and there is a mandatory deep clean every two weeks with our cleaner (£60).
