I’m the landlord of a lovely, and spacious, 3 bed flat in Barking a short walk from the tube/train, which was my own home until recently.
It has a very large lounge, 3 generous sized bedrooms all with double beds.
It also has 2 bathrooms. The flat has also got all new hard floors. Its got a dishwasher, as well as all other normal mod cons: washer/dryer, oven, microwave etc. It was all modernised fully about 4 years ago, hard floors etc and it has just been redecorated.
I want to be a good, friendly, approachable attentive landlord handing over a really nice place someone will enjoy living in, looking for a friendly family who likewise want a nice place, who want it to stay nice & who will look after it.
Due to legal restrictions from the council/ mortgage co. we do need tenants to be ‘one household’. So a family, or a couple (or single person who wants a three bed flat!) only please.
It’ll be an assured shorthold tenancy.
We will need references, a months rent as a deposit (which will be kept in the appropriate scheme of course) in addition to the first months rent being paid in advance.
