When you enter the house you will arrive to a welcoming open plan dining and kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. Further along the hallway there is a living room/TV area. There is a large comfortable sofa and wall-mounted Flat Screen TV with cable channels.

On the first floor the stairs lead to two large double bedrooms with comfortable king and double sized beds. There is also a discrete bathroom with separate bathtub and shower on the same floor and an en-suite shower sink in one of the bedrooms.

On the next level, you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and wardrobe area for you to store your belongings. There is a separate bathroom, with plenty of space to enjoy the bespoke vanity sink and large bathtub.

The house itself is very quiet, ideal to relax after a busy day and has everything you need so you feel right at home, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and amenities.

- Minimum stay: 1 month for the entire property

- Security Deposit will vary depending on the length of stay

- Bills are not included. We will add them to the monthly rate for stays shorter than 6 months

- Suitable for 2-5 people

- Due to COVID-19 lockdown, we will not organise viewings for stays that are shorter than 3 months. We can provide more photos and information upon request

- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. You will need to smoke outside and collect your cigarette butts
