Available from June 15th, we're two professionals moving out to a new area of London and need 2 friends/housemates to take over our tenancy.

We pay £2626 per month plus bills, which equates to roughly £1500 each per month.

The flat has a lovely double-sided back garden that gets lots of light and pours into the kitchen from 8am to 6pm.

The flat is semi-furnished, it requires you to have your own bed plus a sofa and TV for the living room but we can discuss how to help with this. Both bedrooms have built-in closets. The kitchen has a lovely dining table and chairs, we normally take out into the garden on sunny days to have al fresco dinners with friends.

The landlord is great, very responsive over WhatsApp, and gets things sorted within 48 hours from getting our boiler recertified to having a plug socket changed as it cracked.

You'll have to pay a Name Change fee on the contract and we can be flexible on viewings over the next few weeks,
