8. 3 minutes walk to Mile End Park & 8 minutes walk to Victoria Park; 4 minutes walk to cafes, restaurants & grocery stores.
9. Garden with barbecue (you do not need to look after the garden).

We are not good at taking photos, so we will be more than happy to show you the property. There are 3 bedrooms in this property, but we will use the smallest room as our storage when we are away during the periods mentioned above.

Please note about the kitchen: the huge oven is temperamental but the stove works fine, and we have a portable oven & an air-fryer.
