Welcome to our bright & spacious family home in wonderful Walthamstow. With Europe's longest outdoor market at your doorstep, and central London only 15min away via the Victoria line.
Our home is only available when we are away, we are looking for responsible tenants that will take good care of our home and for dates that matches ours (16-May to 2-June, for total rent of £2500 all bills inclusive).
We welcome up to 4 guests, or a family with a baby. The 2nd bedroom can also be used as a nursery, we can provide a cot.
Our flat is a new construction in the Quant Building, it spans over 3 floors - bedrooms/bath, living room floor and a rooftop terrace.
We have 3 bedrooms, one has a King size bed, one has a bed that can be twin size or extended to king. And the 3rd bedroom is setup as an office. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of them is an ensuite. We will close one of the rooms (whichever you do not need) so we can store our personal things there to give you more space in the other rooms.
The living room floor is one large open space. Cozy couches, huge picture window with views from Stratford to the Shard, 55 inch smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen (with lots of cookig gadgets), and a large dining room that sits 6. There is an additional office desk corner on this floor as well.
The top level is the rooftop terrace, with 360 degrees sweeping views of the entire area. Very epic on fireworks/celebratory days when you can see dozens of fireworks going off at once.
Our flat has triple glazed windows so you will not hear any noise from the outside traffic, while having the benefit of being right by the Walthamstow tube & bus stations.
We have washing machine & dryer in the laundry room. Dishwasher in the kitchen.
The building has sauna and gym on site.

Walthamstow is an amazing neighborhood in its own right. Explore Europe's longest outdoor market right at your doorstep - our favorite stops are the produce stands, selling whatever is in season for £1 per bucket. On Sat there's a rotisserie stand selling chicken & ribs, and on Sun there's a farmer's market selling organic & local products.
10min walk away is the Walthamstow Village, a trendy street full of independent eateries, homeware shops, pubs and cocktail bars. Don't miss "God's Own Junkyard" in the industry complex nearby as well, featuring the most photogenic neon signs you can imagine.
If you want to take a stroll in a park, Llyod Park is 15min walk away, one of the first parks created in the Victorian era, attached to the William Morris gallery/museum (free admission).
One tube stop away is Blackhorse Road, another hipster area featurig maker spaces, climbing walls, and a whole area of craft breweries.
