My partner and I bought this flat as our first home and recently renovated it to live in ourselves. A change of plan means we're now moving out of London to be nearer family though and so are looking for some tenants for our lovely flat.

It's located on a gorgeous and friendly street just a short walk from both the buzzing high-streets of Peckham and Camberwell and with East Dulwich just over the hill. Plenty of great places to eat and drink and good transport links (under 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye station).
