I am renting my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette, a 7 minute walk from Turnpike Lane station on ideally a two year contract, with a one year break clause.

Please note that this is a residential & quiet area. I am looking for responsible and considerate tenants who will respect this and help me care for my home whilst I am away.
