  • The regeneration of Queen's Road Peckham is well underway with a Tesco, Sainsburys, Blackbird Bakery, The Stillroom Deli and coffee shop (selling the best eggs), Mama Dough pizza, various new restaurants, bars and has great links into town, to Greenwich and New Cross. 
  • Telegraph Hill is 5 minute's walk away which has an amazing park with some of the best London skyline views, and The Telegraph and Skehans are both gems of pubs. 
  • With the proposed Peckham Coal Line walk - London's first high line park (similar to New York's) hopefully coming to the area, and the potential reopening of Peckham Rye's outdoor swimming lido, the area is getting better and better and you will be close to everything at this apartment.
