We are renting out the lower ground floor of our large, detached Victorian house. The flat is close to Wimbledon tennis and common. It is south of the river Thames and an easy tube ride to central London. The private entrance to the flat is a few steps down from street level. The flat can accommodate a total of 4 permanent occupants. There is one large bedroom with a double bed. There is a smaller second bedroom with two single beds. The large sitting room has 2 sofas, one of which is a decent double sofa bed for guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with hand-held shower attachment. There is a second bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen has double doors which open onto the sitting room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, new cooker & fridge freezer and there is a breakfast bar with high stools. There is a dining table in the sitting room that can seat 6 people.  The owners live upstairs in the main body of the house and so are on hand to help with any problems. Access to large garden - Parking space for 1 car on the driveway (there is also pay and display parking available on the street) Transport: The property is roughly equal distance between East Putney and Southfields tube stations, both a 10-15 minute walk away on the District Line. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which goes to Clapham Junction or a 15min walk to Wandsworth Town overground station. To central London it takes around 30 - 45 minutes door to door. Location: The house is set in a very leafy part of South London but with easy access into central London. There are local parks with playground facilities a few minutes walk away and Southside shopping centre is a 10 minute walk.  There are several local gastropubs which are a few minutes walk away. Nearby are the fantastic green spaces of Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common. Putney, Wandsworth and Southfields are all good for shopping and amenities.
