 “My husband and I bought the apartment when we both worked in the City, and we lived there until 2003. In the last 17 years, we have had 7 tenants - on average each tenant has stayed more than 2 years.

We love the duplex layout as it has an upstairs downstairs arrangement that makes it feel like a house.  The apartment is spacious (925 sq ft) with plenty of storage space, and the dual aspect (bedrooms facing east, and living room and kitchen facing west) means that the apartment is bright and sunny throughout the day.

We are hoping to find long term professional tenants – the apartment is ideal for a couple, although it could also be suitable for two professional sharers. We have found that managing the property ourselves works well and keeps everyone happy – we have access to a team of maintenance personnel if any maintenance work is required.
