The rent is £1,669 per calendar month (£385.15pw) and I will require 1 month rent in advance and 4 weeks rent as deposit.
The tenant/s will be responsible for Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas and Telephone. It is also highly recommended that you take out your own contents insurance to protect against unforeseen accidents, damage or loss.
You will be expected to provide your own bed sheets and pillows along with electrical appliances such as toaster, kettle, iron and TV etc. This means that the electrical safety of your appliances are your responsibility. I do not provide crockery and cutlery etc. other than what previous tenants may have left behind. The property does come with washer/dryer, kitchen hob, cooker and vacuum cleaner.
TENANTS
A maximum of two people, both must both be non smokers with professional jobs and able to provide a reference from a current employer showing a minimum of 12 months full time employment along with a bank statements showing 12 months wages. A previous landlord reference may also be required. If you are training in London and unable to meet this criteria then a suitable UK guarantor and references may suffice.
