The flat is a modern 2 bedroom flat in a new building (constructed 3 years ago). It’s in amazing condition, and furnished to taste. Both bedrooms are spacious, and the living room is separate from the kitchen, which allows one get privacy when cooking. The kitchen is also a large size and so has a large dining table.

The living room has a double sofa bed, there is separate dine-in kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds and desks.

There is a separate utility room which has the washer/dryer, and can act as storage for anything else. The flat is also a corner flat so it has a lot of light and windows in every room for easy ventilation! There is also access to an amazing roof garden and lounge space.

As shown on the map, there are a ton of restaurants and shops around the flat. Also, Finsbury Park is a 5 mins walk away, which offers lots of outdoor activities.
