The opening of the Northern Line extension in autumn 2021 will see Kennington rezoned from zone 2 to zone 1/2. The new branch will connect us to Nine Elms (home to the new US embassy) and the newly redeveloped Battersea Power Station.
We are far enough away from main roads that we don’t get disturbed by traffic noise. The road at the front is a quiet side road. This is an oasis of quiet in zone 2.
There's a large Morrisons supermarket seven minutes' walk away, and a nice park four minutes' walk away.
