Newly built in 2012 as part of the first phase of the Hendon Waterside development, this first floor flat (with lift) is located just off Cool Oak Lane in a block of 20 flats. The location has great access to Hendon Train station which has excellent connections to St Pancras International and the City. The Welsh Harp reservoir is a one minute walk from the block and is great for walks, views and watersports. An easy walk or drive takes you to the retail facilities of Brent Cross and you can also be on the M1 or the A406 in one minute driving. Hendon Central tube can be easily walked but the train is so close and fast we rarely use the tube.

This has been our home for 3.5 years and we have furnished it with plentiful storage units to the living room and wardrobes to both bedrooms. There is additionally a substantial laundry cupboard with washer drier. Kitchen is open plan with white and grey minimalist decor, fully integrated with fridge, freezer, large dishwasher and oven/hob. Our bathroom is a spacious family bathroom with storage, and a shower with good pressure over the bath. There are no carpets in our flat. It's tiled to all floors apart from the bedrooms which are wood. 

There is a decked balcony off the living room which seats at least 2 people and the living room is dual aspect and lets plenty of light in. All windows are double glazed. Our boiler has been recently serviced and runs on a low energy community system but all utilities are individually metered per flat. We will happily leave our sofa bed, dining furniture and master bed in place for our tenants. We will furnish the 2nd bedroom as required (if required) for our new tenants and would be happy to discuss this on viewings.
