We are renting out our lovely, sunny 2-bedroom flat just off Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell. We've loved living here for the past 6 years but unfortunately had to move on due to welcoming a new arrival in the family.

Clerkenwell is an incredible area to live in with so much to do and lots of green spaces too, including Spa Green just across the road. Its central location is fantastic for saving money on transport as you can easily walk everywhere, or, if you need to commute, Farringdon with the new Crossrail line and Angel stations are within a 10 minute walk. Exmouth Market itself is full of fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and has a great community feel with a food market on weekdays. You have a range of supermarkets including Waitrose, Coop, Tesco and Sainsburys within a 5 min walk for convenience. If you need more shops, Angel town centre with it's high street, Upper Street restaurants and Regents canal are only a 10 minute walk away. The Barbican, Sadler's Wells and The Almeida are all within a 15 min walk in addition to loads of theatre pubs if you need a culture fix. 


Michael Cliffe House and the wider Finsbury Estate is a fantastic community to be part of with a thriving Facebook group, regular events and even an estate cat to greet you at the concierge office! The concierge is open 12 hours a day including weekends to take deliveries and the estate is regularly maintained with CCTV for security. We have wonderful neighbours on our floor who are always on hand to help or share a cocktail with on New Years Eve!
