Hi there, we are Ed and Scarlett and we are off for 6 months on a sabbatical so looking to rent our flat out (30th June - 31st Dec).

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath in a recent new build, we moved in in 2022 so all the amenities etc still work.

Its in a great location - close to lots of tube stations (Leyton/ Stratford/ Hackney Wick) and you can see the Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes from the balcony.

Its a south facing flat so you get the sun all day and you can see views of the City, Canary Wharf with good sunrise and sunset.

The flat will come fully furnished (pretty much everything you can see in the photos) and ALL BILLS WILL BE INCLUDED (e. g. wifi, council tax, water, electricity).

We will be holding viewings on Sunday 28th April but open to a week night on request if you cannot make this day.

No smokers, no pets and no children please. We will also be renting both rooms as a pair (not individually).
