We are looking for very reliable tenants, with EXCELLENT references. You should be in work and able to demonstrate a good track record of paying rent
The bills in the flat are not included. There will be council tax, energy, water and broadband

The flat is currently being refurbished, but this should be completed in the next few days. We can buy any furniture that you need or you can bring your own. There are no fees to tenants. There will be a deposit to pay which will go into the deposit protection scheme.
