Situated on the fourth floor (with a lift) of a low rise in the heart of Forest Hill, this purpose-built 2 double bedroom flat is a gem. Offering an extremely light living area with patio doors leading to a small balcony with green views, great to leave wide open during the summer, or watch the fireworks through. It has two good-sized double bedrooms and a bathroom with a full-size bath (I know it looks small in the photos but it isn't) and a shower and a separate toilet. It has ample storage space in both bedrooms and the hallway.

If you have a car then there is resident parking next to the building, and the A205 (south circler) is at the bottom of the road.

The amazing Horniman museum with its award-winning gardens, aquarium, and playgrounds are practically opposite the flat (The museum's clock tower doubles as your kitchen's clock through the kitchen's window during the winter months, during the summer it is hidden behind lots of trees).
Dulwich Park is a 15 minutes walk away, right after the Dulwich horse riding school, and opposite a golf course backing onto the beautiful Sydenham woods.
