Herne Hill has is own popular Farmers market every Sunday with a wide variety of stalls to choose from.  The flat overlooks  Brockwell Park which has its own Lido Pool, Sauna and Gym. There are tennis courts, cafe's and 125 acres to explore when time permits.
There are numerous pubs to choose from including The Prince Regent, Florence, The commercial and the Half Moon Pub, some of which have super garden bars for the summer months. Or you can walk 10 minutes walk  in the other direction and check out Pop Brixton and the Brixton Markets which also have an amazing variety of cuisines to choose from.
For those who require parking,  residents parking is available to purchase from the local council.
There are buses which can take you directly to Clapham Junction, Brixton, Peckham, Crystal Palace and London Victoria to name but a few destinations.
There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket a 6 minute walk in Brixton,  or there are both the smaller Tesco and Sainsburys smaller stores located in Herne Hill.
