You can walk to the heart of Shoreditch in under 15 minutes but have the advantage of being removed from chaos. Going north, Regent's Canal is a 10 minute walk away. 


I am not a professional landlord - this is my home that I am leasing out as I have been sent to Europe for several years for work. I am looking for tenants who will enjoy it and take care of it! Becuase I am abroad and the place comes unfurnished, I can't manage short term tenancies. Strong preference will be given to those who intend to stay at least a year, if not more.
