2 Bed Flat, Balmore Street, N19

Hi there,

I'm renting a two bedroom flat in north London. The flat has two rooms, one large double bedroom and a double bedroom. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom and kitchen, as well as a large living room. We've also recently had new double glazed windows installed and we put in a brand new boiler about four years ago. You will also have access to the large communal garden.

It's a quiet street that's very close to Highgate Cemetary and within 10 minute's walk to Hampstead Heath. The flat is very close to Tufnell Park (10 minute's walk), Highgate (15 minute's walk) and Kentish Town (15 minute's walk). The nearest tube is Archway which should only take about seven minutes. From there the transport links to central London are very substantial. Also, its next to Whittington Hospital in case you're a medic and need somewhere close. There is also parking for residents with permits, which you can register and pay for online.

It is my intention to rent the flat unfurnished, however, as I'm moving in with my girlfriend I am happy to leave whatever furniture you might need.

Council tax is £118/month, gas and electricity is £40/month, water £21, and then any additional TV/broadband costs. You can get high speed Virgin broadband which is about £30/month. Overall you would be paying around £1000 each for rent and all bills - that being said I'm told I'm a low energy user so it could be more.

I'd highly recommend seeing the flat as the pictures really don't do it justice. I'll be doing viewings asap but it's worth noting that the flat will be getting repainted at the end of the month/start of October once it has been emptied.
