The flat has had 5 stars ratings so everyone has really loved staying here. It's on the ground floor of a fairly quiet cul-de-sac, but it's super light and airy, with French doors leading into a shared outdoor area with a little table and chairs.

This apartment comes fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels - if required.
One room is a small double, with a double bed and a wardrobe, the other one is bigger (have a look at the floor plan for measurements).

The flat is 4 minutes walk from pretty Victoria Park village, about 7 mins from all the amenities of Mare street, another 3 mins to London Fields park and Broadway market, 12 mins walk to Hackney Central. Stratford with its Olympic size swimming pool and the Velodrome are only a short bike ride or bus ride away, and so is London Fields Lido and tennis courts.

Bills are on top of rent, about £150pm based on two adult occupants, and can be handled directly by the landlady so there is no hassle for tenants. Super-fast Broadband Wifi and an internet-enabled TV with Netflix are included.


Furniture has been slightly updated since the photos were taken, but it's still held in a mid-century style. There is ample built-in storage in the hallway. Free parking space and bike shed space are also included.

Would suit a couple with child, two adults sharing, or a couple and another tenant (£50 a month extra for 3 adults sharing).
