There is only one room to rent in this house.  I only rent two rooms in the 4 bedroom house and I live in the top floor room.

Quiet residential area near Valentines park. Great for walks in the park. Lovely garden area with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue.

This is not a live in your bedroom house. Tenants are welcome to use all common areas and make themselves at home.

Renting two double rooms with the other room currently rented to a stable management professional. Double rooms share the main bathroom.
This room was the master bedroom and is completely built in. King size ottoman storage bed.
Prefer self contained independent responsible people. The room is only available to an individual. Couples not accepted. Occasional house guest are accepted.

Loads of storage and kitchen space, Nespresso coffee machine and water softener.
Great location for transport commute to city is 20 minutes by train. Cutting through Valentines park and taking the Ilford train to Liverpool street is the fastest route to the city.

Parking is available in front of the property.
