The property has 4 floors therefore you should be comfortable with stairs. The living room is on the ground floor with 2 sofas and a small chaise. The 1st floor hosts the kitchen with gas cooker, central heating system and seating for 8 people. The 2nd floor is where the large bathroom is with standing shower, bath, loo and sink. The 3rd floor is where the loft style master bedroom is with some views of the city.

You are located between Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street stations and around a 10-15min walk to Old street tube stop. You are a 15min walk to upper Columbia Road where each Sunday there is a gorgeous flower market and of course you are just a short walk away from the famous Spitalfields market!

Available for a 1-5 month let while the owners are travelling.
