Generous 1 bed flat looking for a good house-sitter.

The flat is in a quiet corner of the estate, and is in an excellent location 2 mins walk from Central and Hammersmith lines, with Westfield shopping mall a stone's throw away. It is bright and spacious.

The garden is lovely in spring and summer with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a BBQ. The flat is accessed through the garden or the front door.

We have refurbished the flat with a new bathroom, new boiler, flooring, and lighting. There is a wall rack for one bicycle. It is a wonderful warm space where we have hosted community group, and Sunday lunches.

There is a short-throw projector and Yamaha sound bar for film nights, and a single futon for a guest. There is a good library of books. WiFi available throughout. One king size bed.

The flat is actually a 2 bed flat, however we will be using the other bedroom as storage while away. The accommodation offered is technically a spare room, but while we are away it is effectively a whole flat. It is a fully operational family home, so no worries about getting kitchen stuff or setting up bills. We can discuss storing some items to accommodate the tenant, and trust reciprocally the tenant will be considerate of our living space like in a flat.

The accommodation is only offered as a short term let that cannot exceed early July.
