1 Bed Flat, Surrey Lane, SW11

We're subletting our lovely flat in Battersea for one month. The flat will be free from the 2nd of August to the 3rd of September 2024. We're looking for one or two responsible and clean professionals/full-time students, ideally a plant-loving couple as we have to leave our green friends at home. It's a very bright flat with lots of light, fully furnished and fully equipped with high-speed internet as I often work from home, HD TV (just for logging into your Netflix/Mubi/Prime etc account), Playstation, wireless printer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen with extra appliances like microwave, air fryer, Nutri Bullet, waffle maker and a Soda Stream. You can even find a guitar, electric piano or weights to work out with if you get bored in London ;) The flat consists of 1 bedroom with an EU double bed & 1 living room with a big comfortable sofa and a dining/work table, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath. Our flat is on the 16th floor with great views of London's skyline including Big Ben, the London Eye and the Shard. The flat is about 5 minutes from Battersea Park, close to the riverside and within walking distance of the Royal Art College and Chelsea King's Road. Victoria Station can be reached in 10-20 minutes by the 170 bus or Battersea Power Station by the 344 bus. To Clapham Junction, it's about an 18-minute walk or a short bus ride to catch trains to the South and Gatwick Airport or London Central or you can catch the Overground. We will also provide you with a free parking permit which you can use to park on the premises. We'll remove some of our items before you move in to give you as much space as possible for your belongings. The rent includes ALL bills and a deep cleaning before you move in. Our landlord (he is super nice and friendly) may come and check the flat within the first month or before you move out. All neighbours on floor 16 are decent friendly people, if you need anything just ask...Gas, electricity, water & broadband are all included.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a cat that will obviously be travelling with us. Any cat items you see in the pictures will be removed before your move. Although a professional cleaner will do a deep clean, we can't guarantee that our home will be suitable if you have any allergies to cat hair.
