The area has much to offer in ways of bars and restaurants.  The flat itself is in a quiet area with little traffic.

The flat is listed as unfurnished but there will be some furniture there if you would like to keep it. Large wardrobe, chest of drawers, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table and tv stand. There is also a double bed in the flat but it is not very good!
