Whenever the weather permits, I eat my meals on the Downs! It's also fabulous for entertaining. Plus, Walthamstow Marshes and the canal are a 20 minute walk away, or a perfect running route. Likewise London fields and the canal to the south.
I adore this flat, and I hope that someone else would move in to love it and look after it. I am renting out because I am moving to South London to live with my boyfriend.
