Based directly opposite the Camberwell College of Arts on Peckham Road, the flat is perfectly situated to access both Peckham and Camberwell (only 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye Station, and also Denmark Hill). Multiple bus routes run along Peckham road into central London, and along to Oval / Vauxhall to get you on the Northern and Victoria lines.

About us and the rental
We are moving to our new home in North London. We are aiming to complete around the end of May, hence the estimated availability in early June but we are flexible with move in dates for the right tenants. This is a quiet block of four flats, all are young couples (two owners one rented) who keep in regular touch and look after the building. We are looking for tenants who want the same, and we will stay in close touch for any maintenance and upkeep as we are only a short car ride away.
We would like to find someone to take it for a minimum of 1 year, with the likelihood of extending this (possibility of purchase is an option or we will put on the market after a couple of years)!
Furniture and other
We will be leaving the large wardrobe in the front room. We are also happy to talk about leaving the sofa, which is from Next and relatively new. Otherwise the property will be unfurnished.
