Although if you did have any questions/issues, the landlord is great, and really easy to contact. Transport:
The flat is located right on the Northern Line, 5 minutes walk to Clapham South Station in zone 2, so it's just a 25min journey to central London. There's also the station at Balham 5-10min walk, which has the Northern Line and National Rail services. Bus-wise, there are plenty of options, and it's easy to go pretty much anywhere.
Additional:
There is a private car park in front of the house, so there's always space to keep a car, or for visitors to park when you're in. There's a large, shared communal garden out the back of the house, which is great for summer.
I'm currently living here with my partner, and we love the place, but unfortunately have relocate after changing jobs. We're looking to move out any time from now until the end of Jan really, so we can be a bit flexible on moving dates.
