A changing of jobs unfortunately means we have to move out of this lovely flat. It's a great place that's spacious, bright, modern, and in a great location.

The whole flat has recently been refurbished, and well looked after, so there are no problems or issues to sort out after moving in. Although if you did have any questions/issues, the landlord is great, and really easy to contact. Also, although this is only one-bed, it's big, and there is plenty of built-in storage space throughout the flat.

The room specifics:
- There is a large double bedroom, with huge wardrobe, and plenty of floor space for any additional furniture that you may have/want.
- The bathroom is on the outside wall, which is great for ventilation, and has a great shower, over a large bath. The bathroom also includes a heated towel rail and large storage cupboard.
- Then there is the living/dining room, with adjoined kitchen. The living area includes great furnishing, with a comfy corner sofa, modern dining table/chairs, shelves, and newly equipped kitchen.
- All the rooms are off a central hallway, which also includes a large storage cupboard.

Transport:
The flat is located right on the Northern Line, 5 minutes walk to Clapham South Station in zone 2, so it's just a 25min journey to central London. There's also the station at Balham 5-10min walk, which has the Northern Line and National Rail services. Bus-wise, there are plenty of options, and it's easy to go pretty much anywhere.

Additional:
There is a private car park in front of the house, so there's always space to keep a car, or for visitors to park when you're in. There's a large, shared communal garden out the back of the house, which is great for summer.

I'm currently living here with my partner, and we love the place, but unfortunately have relocate after changing jobs. We're looking to move out any time from now until the end of Jan really, so we can be a bit flexible on moving dates.
