It has all the utilities (water, gas, electricity, and broadband) working, a Google Nest thermostat 4th generation, a TV with Roku, microwave, dishwasher, electric cookers, cutlery and crockery, duvet, pillows, an amazing mattress, and sheets, some arts on the walls, a super comfy reclinable sofa for 2 people, massive wardrobe, plenty of storage.

It is very easy and comfortable to WFH for 2 people at the same time.

IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING ME)
There is an issue with the floor that needs to be fixed (conversations with the insurance started, but the process is very slow) and this means that when the work happens, you need to leave the flat for 1-3 days (it depends on the work. I won't cover the cost of a hotel). Because of this inconvenience, I am willing to discount the rent by 20% until the work is done (£300/month). After the work is done, the rent will go up to its normal value of £1500/month.
The flat is perfectly liveable and there are no other issues. The problem with the floor is very small (less than 1m square) and there is a nice carpet that covers it, so it is not even visible.

A nice couple rented my flat for 14 months and I can provide positive feedback and review if interested.
 
Parking is potentially available, but it is managed by the freeholder's management agency, and it is not free of charge.
If required, I can arrange with trusted cleaners a flat cleaning service for £15/hour (usually it takes 2 to clear the whole flat), (this is not mandatory)
