Private underground parking space is available for an additional fee - we have a few spaces that we can rent out.

Getting around 

Canada Water tube / bus station, with the Jubilee line & overground is directly outside .

Jubilee line takes you to many in demand places in a matter of minutes E.g. 2 minutes to Canary Wharf, 5 minutes to London Bridge, 10 minutes to Westminster, 15 minutes to Bond/Baker Street.

Bike hire racks (Santander Cycles) are outside the front door!

The neighbourhood 

Pleasant neighbourhood with charming, privately owned cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and a just minutes from amenities including a leisure centre with swimming pool (one day passes available), library, bowling alley, cinema and even a farm! For your shopping needs there is a a mall a few minutes walk away and a supermarket right outside.

Unusually for such a central and well connected location, Canada Water offers lots of greenery and scenic walks. There are some lovely walks along the waterways starting right outside the property leading to the Thames via the Thames Pathway, a National Trail following the river, and Southwark Park is a sprawling open space
