1 Bed Flat, Luxor Street, SE5

So me and my partner are sadly moving on from this beautiful one bedroom flat due to new jobs etc.
The location couldnt be any better though. Less than 5 min from loughborough junction station. 10 min walk to Brixton. great bus links (35,45,345), Large Morrisons in camberwell and Tesco in Brixton. Co-op 2 min walk away. Great cafes, The Juntction is an incredible pub that has live jazz every single night and is 2 min away. The street is super quiet and there are an abundance of parks in the area. Herne hill and brockwell park is also ten min away, lovely sunday markets, pubs etc. I will honestly miss living here so much.

The Flat:
Hardwood floors throughout, comes fully furnished. working fireplace! (smokeless coals) BIg walk-in closet in the bedroom which stored anything and everything we needed it too. wash machine in there as well.
Large bedroom, large living room, great little patio out back for small BBQs, dinner during the summer. The kitchen has everyone's favourite appliance; a dishwasher! (Will upload kitchen picture soon) Hopefully the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Boring stuff:
There is an agency that deals with the signing of the contract, referencing etc (at no cost).. Things that no one likes. However the landlord lives in the flat above and he promptly deals with any issues and him and his wife are wonderful people.

All and all this flat is perfect for couples, and if there wasnt a change in my job i wouldnt ever think about leaving here.
