The Flat:

The bedroom has a double bed frame and mattress with space to spare and has a floor to ceiling sliding mirrored door built-in wardrobe.

There is also a boiler cupboard with extra storage space, and a small cloak room as you enter the apartment. 

The Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower over the bath with a glass panel door, there is also a toilet, sink and heated towel rail. It's compact, but spacious for a 1-bedroom in London.

The Location:
The location is great. It's within walking distance to zone 1. It's next to North End Road market, where you can get all your fruit and veg from the local cockneys. We have a medium-sized coop about 3 mins walk away and a giant tesco about 14 mins walk away. The nearest tube and overground station is West Brompton, which can be reached in 3-5 minutes depending on how quickly you walk!

It’s also very close to Earls Court, Shepherds Bush, Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Hammersmith, Putney, Kew, Chelsea, Kensington and Wandsworth to name a few.

The property will be professionally cleaned and sanitised and also repainted before the new tenants move in.
