Lots of space: 56 square metres in total, the living room is spacious and bright, the bedroom is bigger than the living room, there are two big build-in wardrobes; there is an 8 square metres independent utility room at the entrance, you can put everything you don't use for the time being; I put in six 28-inch suitcases, daily necessities, temporarily unused moving cardboard boxes, all kinds of electrical appliances boxes, and it's still very empty. It will keep the house from getting cluttered while being easy to access.

There is an gas stove: for people who like to cook, gas stoves are rare in the UK, good for stir fry! 

Convenient location: out of the tube on the way home there is a large M&S; for students, half an hour walk to Imperial College and half an hour by underground to lse and ucl. One stop on the tube to Kensington High Street for shopping; two stops to Hammersmith for shopping and Ikea.

Warm in winter and cool in summer: adequate heating, no humidity, cool in summer because it is a basement, you can avoid the heat at home and the sun shines in during the day.
