If you haven't visited the area I'd highly recommend doing so. I was sceptical about moving to Woolwich but the Royal Arsenal development is like living on a campus and I was sold on it immediately.

The apartment prices is inclusive of access to the gym and to the leisure club (sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi). If you search on Rightmove, you'll notice a difference in price range between the newer looking apartments and the older ones - this is because older ones are serviced by a different development company and do not have access to the pool and gym.
