Bright and modern little one bed on Homerton High St, very close to the hospital and maybe a five minute walk to Homerton overground station, and less than 10 minutes to Hackney Central. The flat comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a knife set and a Nespresso machine.

Council tax (band b), water, fibre broadband, gas and electricity bills will be in my name and I will recharge monthly. Longer lets can have bills move over to your name. These come to £200-£250 depending on usage.
