Currently, this large one bedroom flat is available for 6 or 12 months lease. Some parts of the property are being refurbished. I have been adviced that the works should be finished by the end of August. The property is rented out by a private landlord.

The area is fairly quiet and the flat is off-road. So there aren't any cars passing by. A car park is available on the road.

Water, electricity and heating bills are paid separately. Usually, the electricity bill is around £30 a month and the water bill is similar but of course, this will depend on your usage. Council tax and maintenance are £100 a month.

The closest station is Packham Rye which is about 10 mins walk. There are buses very close to the house going to central London. The flat is full of light and it is warm. 

There are some nice parks nearby and a few gyms with swimming pools and classes. Pets can be a possibility but this will need to be discussed.
