I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy from 15 April to 7 September. This is a modern 1 bedroom, third floor flat in a prime location with great transport links, just minutes away from Aldgate East (District, Hammersmith Lines) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line) tube stations. There is a Tesco 1 minute from the flat, and a Superdrug and Argos 2 minutes away. The flat is also walking distance to Brick Lane, Spitalfields, and Liverpool Street.

The flat comes fully furnished and has a large living room, modern bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher and washer-dryer) and a double bedroom with ample storage space. It also comes with a 24 hour concierge, lift access, gym, sauna and spa facilities for residents, as well as access to a communal roof terrace. Council tax (band C) and bills are excluded.

I am ideally looking for someone who can rent for the full remainder of the tenancy (the final month's rent will be pro-rated accordingly). Shorter lets (minimum of 3 months) may be considered at a higher rent. The incoming tenant will be expected to pass a reference check.
